HARMONIZING HYDROGLYPHS

As everything in life, in the Universe, consists of energy, frequency and vibration, HARMONIZING HYDROGLYPHS proposes a new pioneering method for water regeneration via sonic science; sound and cymatics. As everything in life has a vibrational signature, geometry is a form of intelligence that takes place after sound. Its the shape of sound, or sound made visible in a liquid medium, in this case water from the Dutch river Dommel for regenerative purposes. This science of making sound visible is called cymatics.

For this project, Eva is ‘harvesting’ some of Europe’s last wild water frequencies and transforming those frequencies via a cymatic device (a self build Cymascope as thought to her by acoustic-physics scientist John Stuart Reid). In this way she was able to transform and regenerate the structure of the water from the river Dommel with the recorded frequencies and sound-scapes. These harvested soundscapes are played back to the water from the river Dommel. Resulting in these breath taking bio-geometric patterns that arise in the water by playing the recorded sounds back to the river Dommel.

In this project these cymatic patterns emit the energetic vortical fields of a specific frequency, that matches the sounds of healthy living waterbodies. As those soundscapes and frequencies underlie all life and matter, these symphonies of oscillatory patterns form the basis of this project.
This is one of the vehicles for transforming the physical structure of water, so it will match its primordial form, its original movement or living flow again. 
When it does, the principles of an intrinsic regenerative system becomes active again. The complex self-healing or self-regenerating and re-organizing capacities of water can be expressed (again). 
HARMONIZING HYDROGLYPHS are living vortical fields based on mimicking ancient healthy natural systems in terms of sound via bio-geometric patterns for (urban) water regeneration, oxygenation, quality improvement and overall to support life.

‘Harmonizing Hydroglyphs’, a project exploring new ways of restoring and applying ancient knowledge and our capacity to tap into our own natural intelligence, our own indigineity, so we as a species can take our purposeful place as a part of the council of all life called Gaia.
